AK4 alloy is a heat—resistant aluminum deformable alloy.
Features:

• high heat resistance — maintains durability at temperatures up to 250-300°C;
• good workability — machinability by cutting and pressure in the annealed state;
• satisfactory corrosion resistance — does not require mandatory protective coatings under moderate conditions;
• the ability to harden by heat treatment — quenching followed by artificial aging.

AK4-1 alloy is a deformable aluminum alloy of a complex Al–Cu–Mg–Fe–Ni alloying system. It is characterized by high heat resistance and stability of mechanical properties under prolonged temperature conditions up to 300 °C.

AK4-1h is a deformable aluminum alloy belonging to the group of alloys with a high content of copper, magnesium and nickel. The special feature of the material is its heat resistance, the ability to work for a long time at elevated temperatures and operating loads without significant residual deformation and destruction.
